FOR EMAIL LISTS:
- Please send a first email sometime between November 30 and December 7 letting your audience know about the call. (sample email download below)
- Second email: Ideally, December 9 or 10, to remind your list they only have a few days left to sign up, but any time between December 7 and 12. (sample email download below)
- Third email: Either the day prior, Tuesday, December 13, or a few hours before on Wednesday, December 14, letting your list know they have a last chance to sign up (sample email download below)
FOR SOCIAL MEDIA

- Send out Twitter messages between November 25-December 14 – once a day would be great! (samples download below)
- Post Facebook messages on your wall about 3 times per week between November 25- December 14 (samples download below)
- Post LinkedIn posts 1-2 times both on your wall and within your groups between Dec 8 and Dec 14 (samples download below)
